Ceramic Coating
Ceramic coatings offer a very thin (0.25-1mil) film build ideal for close tolerance parts, such as latches and hinges. It is a great alternative to anodizing or plating. It is both durable and long-lasting even in the harshest of aviation environments.
Powder Coating
Powder coating is highly durable and economical. It is available in over 6,500 colors and textures. Metal parts are media blasted and then electrostatically coated. Following a heated cure cycle, the coated parts have a lasting resistance to corrosion with a stylish finish.
Liquid Paint
CrossLinc offers custom liquid paint solutions. We have capabilities to apply alodine conversion coatings along with MIL-SPEC primers and paints for parts like these Gulfstream cabin window retainers.
